At Stasny Store, we value every customer and prioritize delivering your orders as quickly as possible. Most customers receive their orders within 7-12 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
  • We currently ship to addresses in the United States using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • If your address can only be serviced by FedEx or UPS, please notify us after placing your order, as most shipments are processed through USPS.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Items ready within 24 hours will ship the next business day.
  • Made-to-order, large, or custom items require 4-10 business days for processing. We will provide you with an accurate timeframe after reviewing your order.

Shipping Delays

Stasny Store is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address changes requested after shipping.

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited options via DHL or FedEx are available for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is available 24-48 hours after shipping.
  • Track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or directly through the carrier’s website.

We will keep you updated throughout the shipping process with email notifications about your order status.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard economy shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Replacements for Delayed or Lost Items

  • Replacement items will be sent free of charge for delayed shipments.
  • If additional products are returned, only the shipping cost will apply and be refunded upon receipt of the returned product.

Stasny Store is not responsible for replacing items due to customer errors in the shipping address. Please double-check your details and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
